Methods to treat industrial waste comprised of multi-layer plastic films &#8211; which at present are very difficult to recycle due to their heterogeneous composition; and 2. Methods to increase the amount of recycled material in plastic products while maintaining\/improving the quality of the final product.<\/p>\n<p>The emerging research from the project, which will run from 2019-2022, is for plastic recycling processes to yield higher quality products and become more efficient.
