DUCOR PETROCHEMICALS<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Ducor Petrochemicals (Ducor<\/b>) operates its business in accordance with its core principles of Safety, Integrity, and Sustainability. This document outlines these core values. We expect our business partners, including suppliers and distributors, to adhere to these principles as well.<\/p>\n

COMPLIANCE <\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Ducor will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to its business activities and uphold the values outlined in this document.<\/p>\n

SAFETY <\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Ducor will provide a safe working environment. Employees and contractors will be informed about safety regulations and instructed to follow them at all times. A safety incident management procedure is in place, along with a documented Health and Safety statement. We systematically assess and manage operational risks, including hazards, injuries, waste, and harm resulting from our activities, such as research, manufacturing, and transportation.<\/p>\n

INTEGRITY <\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Ducor will conduct its business with fairness and integrity and treat stakeholders honestly and fairly. Ducor will refrain from offering or authorizing bribes or engaging in any unethical business practices. Facilitation payments are also not permitted. Engaging in a business transaction, or accepting specific terms and conditions, should not be influenced by gifts, entertainment, or any other form of benefit. Our partners are prohibited from offering Ducor employee’s gifts or entertainment exceeding modest value. Cash or cash equivalents should never be accepted by our employees. Ducor has internal controls in place to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud and money laundering. Transactions are accurately recorded and subject to review. Any potential fraud that may impact Ducor must be promptly reported to the management.<\/p>\n

FAIR COMPETITION <\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Ducor will engage in fair competition and comply with competition and anti-trust laws. Ducor will refrain from entering into agreements or engaging in practices that have a restrictive effect on competition, such as price-fixing, market allocation, or abuse of a dominant market position. Misleadingly offering products or services by Ducor or on behalf of Ducor is not permitted.<\/p>\n

TRADE CONTROLS <\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Ducor will comply with export control regulations and all relevant trade sanctions and embargoes that apply to our business activities. Ducor will provide accurate and truthful information to customs and other relevant authorities when required.<\/p>\n

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION <\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

We will respect intellectual property rights and have implemented appropriate measures to prevent the disclosure or unauthorized use of confidential information in our possession.<\/p>\n

PERSONAL DATA <\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Ducor will protect personal data and only uses it for legitimate and authorized business purposes.<\/p>\n

CONFLICT OF INTEREST <\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Decisions made by our employees concerning business transactions should not be influenced by personal or private interests. Our employees must disclose any relationships with Ducor business partners. Providing financial or other support to political parties to influence transactions by or for Ducor is not permitted.<\/p>\n

TRADING IN SECURITIES <\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

It is for employees of Ducor prohibited to trade in securities or encourage others to do so using confidential or inside information received from Ducor.<\/p>\n

COMPANY RESOURCES <\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Ducor resources, including systems, networks, and facilities, must be used appropriately, following Ducor’s instructions and solely for their intended business purposes.<\/p>\n

RECORD KEEPING <\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Accurate, complete, and up-to-date records of transactions will be maintained, in compliance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n

HUMAN RIGHTS & EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS AND RIGHTS <\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Ducor acknowledges and respects the human rights of all individuals. Ducor has a responsibility to prevent any infringement of human rights and address any breaches resulting from our activities, activities performed for us or products made for us. Employees will not be employed against their will, transported for exploitation, engaged in slavery or servitude, or deprived of their rights. Harassment or discrimination based on any grounds is strictly prohibited. Working hours and remuneration comply with local laws.<\/p>\n

ENVIRONMENT AND COMMUNITY <\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Ducor will adhere to all relevant environmental protection laws and obtain necessary permits. Ducor adopts a precautionary approach to environmental challenges and commits to efficient use of natural resources. Ducor undertakes measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Ducor cares for the communities we operate in and listens to their concerns.<\/p>\n

GRIEVANCE <\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Ducor will comply with the Dutch Whistleblower protection act.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Ducor establishes a mechanism for our employees and other concerned parties to raise concerns about actual or potential violations of laws and the values outlined in this document.<\/p>\n
