Polypropylene specialties

Ducor Petrochemicals offers a range of Polypropylene Specialties, produced by Carmel Olefins Ltd., under the brand name Capilene.

For use in molding, coating and thermoforming

• Capilene® W 50 LE is a special polypropylene homopolymer intended for use in automotive applications, including interior trims, requiring low emissions of volatiles.
• Capilene® MT 34 EC & MU 32 EC are special polypropylene grades for extrusion coating.
• Capilene® CE 80 B & CE 71 E are specialty polypropylene grades combining the typical advantages of polypropylene random and heterophasic copolymers, and are designed for extrusion & thermoforming. Features: very low stress whitening, excellent impact, clarified, excellent transparancy
• Capilene® CL 50 E is a specialty soft polypropylene combining the typical advantages of polypropylene random and heterophasic copolymers. Features: very low stress whitening, excellent impact at sub-zero temperatures
• Capilene® CT 80 A & CT 71 A & CU 71 A & CW 85 AV are specialty polypropylene grades combining the typical advantages of polypropylene random and heterophasic copolymers, and are designed for injection molding. Features: very low stress whitening, excellent impact, clarified, excellent transparency.
• Capilene® CU 78 AM is a specialty polypropylene grade combining the typical advantages of polypropylene random and heterophasic copolymers, and are designed for injection molding for low-temperature and freeze applications. Features: very low stress whitening, excellent impact at sub-zero temperatures, clarified, excellent transparency, high flow.
